When you hear the hypnotic beat of any melodic song and you just itch to move your feet and groove your body, you know you’ve got the dancing bug!
What we offer:
As a Monash student, staff or Monash Sport(SRA) member, Monash Dance Sport can offer you:
- Classes run by professional instructors. Classes include Ballroom, Latin, Street Latin, Swing, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, Hip Hop, Funk and Tap!
- Dance Masters of Australia (DMA) qualified medal examinations. These run from Elementary through to Gold and Premier levels. Prepare for your Medal Night in second semester!
- Lots of social events like bi-monthly dances for members and non-members as well as our fun-filled Easter dance camp.
- An annual formal dinner dance, when Melbourne and Monash Unis combine to groove the night away!
- Entry into dance competitions.
